the supervisor and the owner greeted us warmly upon arrival. this. the online check-in process was very easy. their helpful guidance supported it. our bags were kindly taken to our rooms. the lovely hotel assistant russiana showed us personally to our rooms.
we did not get the room we ordered. we were put in a building as far away as possible. our room had a view of the road.
